It's nestled in a nice building with marvellous location so close to the festival. As I remember, there were a great selection of restaurants to eat, like Vapiano that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

With the discount, the price is reasonable. The rooms are well furnished and clean. I specially like the shower in the bathroom which provides a strong stream of hot water. The kitchen bar with a water cooker and a microwave oven is also very helpful.
We first stayed there for 2 night and then left to some other place. After that we went back for another night. However, when we reached the reception desk, we were informed that the hotel we reserved is fully checked- in, so they sent us to another ghotel where is much father from the city center. Though they stayed friendly and tried arranging everything for us (E.G. they called a taxi to bring us to another hotel and paid for us), I still found it unfair. Because one of the most important reasons why I chose this hotel was the location. In particular, since we reserved and paid for these two rooms over one month ago, I was really disappointed when they told us that there was no room left. It sounded ridiculous to me.

Nice hotel easy to find with the big church a good landmark, tube station at the end of the street so you can get anywhere on that including the airport.
Staff were not very knowledgable about the area, I asked where the petrol station was and the directions on the map he gave me where to drive down a pedestrian area. Also the area that we got told for restaurants was a bar area, not the best for food.

Clean rooms - fridge in room - tasty and varied breakfast until they ran out. Close to main train station - which is convenient. Excellent staff - helpful and kind. Free wifi - minibar, and small kitchen in the room. Plenty of bars and nightlife nearby.
Would definitely recommend!

In every way the hotel was most satisfactory. The staff was very very pleasant and helpful. The location is central and convenient. The street is quiet and close to the U-Bahn. The appearance is pleasant. The rooms are simple and have everything needed, although the rooms with two beds lack a second bedside table and a second reading light, which IS inconvenient. But they responded immediately to our need. Very nice choice. So is their sister-hotel on Baaderstr.

The location is good although a little bit far (walking distance about 15 minutes) to the city centre. The staff is helpful. I think that is good for value as a budget hotel. We can find something nearby, such as restaurants, supermarkets, and close to the train station for good connection to the other attractions. The internet is free for the first 30 minutes.
A little bit noisy if your room is faced the street side. The bed shirt will change once a week. If you stay more nights, remember to ask for the changes, otherwise, just don't change for the whole week.

This hotel is modern, with new, clean rooms, good bathrooms, and a small kitchenette.
This is the noisiest place I have ever stayed (I travel about 40 days per year). People in the next room were noisy. People in the apartment building next door were blasting techno music all four nights of my stay. The bar a few doors down is noisy all day, all night. I could hear the television in the hotel lobby. The patio behind the hotel is where people go to smoke, and the smell drifted right into my room. The church 1/2 block away chimes loud bells every 15 minutes, starting early in the morning. My request for a different room was denied. This was in a room in the back of the hotel, not facing the street. How noisy might a street- view might be? Also: no ventilation, just the open window. Noise or suffocation? You choose!
